We recently began selling home sites in Phase 1C. This newest and last phase of our “Plantation Lakes” section includes a 6-acre lake and typical lot sizes of 90 x 125 feet. Approximately 30 home sites have been sold in Phase 1C and many homes are under construction.

Phases 1-A and 1-B of Ashton Plantation have been completed, representing a total of 210 lots. All but two of those first 210 lots
have been sold.
