Ashton Plantation will be built in eight to ten neighborhoods to be added over a number of years after our first neighborhood, Plantation Lakes. While an exact time frame for each new neighborhood will depend upon a number of variables, the overall community is expected to be finished in 15 to 20 years. This allows for a very manageable growth rate of approximately 80-100 new families per year.

The first phase of Ashton Plantation is Plantation Lakes. Phases 1A and 1B of Plantation Lakes included 210 home sites and are virtually sold out (see Pricing and Availability). The final 92 lots of Plantation Lakes, Phase 1C, are complete and are now available for sale. Fewer than 60 lots remain in Phase 1-C.

The next planned phases of Ashton Plantation will include home sites in a variety of sizes. However, planning of these phases is in the very early stages. The 92 lots of Phase 1C will be the last lots available in Ashton Plantation for at least a year.
