Are lots now available in Ashton Plantation?
Yes. The first 210 lots in Ashton Plantation; Phases 1-A and 1-B, sold out within days of being made available to the public. Just 2 lots remain available there. However, we do have a variety of lot available in Phase 1-C.
Tell me about Phase 1-C.
Phase 1-C. Phase 1-C is to the North (closer to the river) of the two existing phases. It includes one lake of over six acres and 92 home sites. The typical lot size in Phase 1-C is 90’ x 125’.

We are currently in the planning stages for several additional phases in Ashton Plantation. More details on these additional phases will be available in the next few months.
Is There a Homeowners Association?
Yes, a Homeowners Association is essential to protect the investment of those who choose to live in Ashton Plantation. Our vision is to have a homeowners association that allows individual homeowners to live comfortably within its guidelines while protecting the entire community from uncut lots, trash, and other issues that can impact property values for neighboring homeowners.
Will membership in the recreation facilities be included in the dues?
Yes, all currently planned recreation facilities, including the rec center, swimming pool, and jogging paths, are included in the dues.
Do i need to build within a certain time frame?
There is no minimium time to build but all lot owners must keep their lots neatly mowed and free of trash. All lot owners must also pay owners association dues. Other retrictions may apply.
