Our featured amenities include the pool/recreation center and the walking/jogging trails. The pool/recreation center features:

• Main building with office, community room and kitchen, and locker rooms for the pool area
• Adult & Kiddie pools
• Sun deck for lounging with “tanning ledge” in pool
• Walking trail and landscaped gazebo overlooking lake

Use of the recreation amenities is included at no additional charge for all Ashton homeowners.

Over one mile of the paved walking/jogging trail has been completed from near the community entrance on Ashton Plantation Boulevard to the rec center site. This trail loops around the pool/recreation center. Additional walking paths and trails will be constructed within each new neighborhood. This series of trails will link the entire project with the central recreational amenities. Gazebos and areas with park benches enhance the design and add places for quiet contemplation.
